Octane Cloud Desktop

OctaneCloud Workstation for Windows and Linux, OctaneCloud Workstation for Autodesk and ORBX Cloud Game Console for Windows and Linux make use of OTOY’s WebCL™ technology. WebCL™ creates the network connection between the user’s browser and the Amazon Machine Instance to deliver seamless and secure remote applications.

ORBX Media Player

OTOY’s ORBX Media Player, previously released for the Samsung GALAXY Gear VR on the Oculus Store, will be coming for the desktop soon. OTOY’s WebCL™ technology will help fuel powerful entertainment experiences on the desktop, connecting users to compute-intensive immersive content.

X.IO

OTOY’s X.IO Cloud Service runs Windows desktop applications in the cloud, enabling users to access them on any internet-connected device. OTOY’s WebCL™ technology is used to load the X.IO application through a single that instantly creates a secure virtual session.

Octane Engine

OctaneEngine is a forthcoming subscription-based offering from OTOY that will provide new flexibility and functionality in content creation. For example, OctaneEngine allows Octane to be run as a service, powering Octane on any system in a network and delivering functionality to Octane plugins without requiring a GPU on local machines. This functionality is made possible in part by OTOY’s WebCL™ technology.
